METRONIDAZOLE possesses antimicrobial and antiprotozoal action.
- Indications for use:

- topical treatment of trichomonas vaginitis;
- treatment of bacterial vaginosis as well as of non-specific vaginitis caused by metronidazole-susceptible microorganisms.
- Method of administration and posology:

Intravaginally, for adults:
- Trichomonas vaginitis: 1 suppository daily immediately before sleep for 7-10 days in combination with METRONIDAZOLE tablets;
- Non-specific vaginitis, bacterial vaginosis: 1 suppository daily immediately before sleep for 7-10 days, if required, in combination with metronidazole tablets;

The treatment should not last for more than 10 days and be repeated more often than 2-3 times per year.
Having preliminary extracted the suppository from the blister using scissors (cut the film along the suppository contours), inject it deeply into vagina.
