HEPON produces an immunomodulating and antiviral effect.
- Indications for use:

Within the combination therapy: treatment of mucosal and skin infections caused by Candida fungi; decrease of the inflammation degree (reddening, oedema, pruritus, burning, pain) on the mucosae and skin, dryness of mucosae. Prophylaxis of skin and mucous membranes candidiasis secondary to antibacterial treatment. - Method of administration and posology:

For topical, external application.
Before use, dissolve the medicinal product in water for injection (in case of external drug use, i.e. for skin treatment) or in 0.9 % sodium chloride solution (in case of topical drug use, i.e. for mucosae treatment).

Recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 years old and over is 1-2 mg as a 0.02 % solution for topical treatment of the mucosae once daily.
